Our work is prevention-focused and collaborative, bringing together lived experience, mental health expertise, family perspectives and industry knowledge.

5. PROGRAMS

Our first phase includes an app providing parents and guardians with practical guidance, trusted resources and referrals; quarterly Talent Relations 101 roundtables; and parent/studio communications support.

Looking ahead, we plan to build peer circles, a Parent Community Network and a Mentorship Network to deepen community for families.

6. PARTNERS

The Kids Mental Health Foundation, founded by Nationwide Children’s Hospital, serves as our clinical partner and helps ensure our programs and resources are clinically sound.

Hollywood & Mind, founded by veteran entertainment journalist Cathy Applefeld Olson, is our industry partner and brings together talent, executives, advocates and wellness professionals across the business.
