Next Generation Collective is a mission-driven social impact initiative focused on strengthening the support ecosystem around young people navigating performance-driven industries, including entertainment, music and the creator economy.

We support young people and their families with practical, expert-informed guidance around mental health, boundaries, pressure and the transitions that come with growing up on set and in the public eye. We also work with studios, productions, agencies, managers and platforms to help them better understand, prioritize and support youth wellbeing.
